Glow Object® hereby certifies that it does not use any covered telecommunications equipment or services as a substantial or essential component of any system, or as critical technology as part of any system, in accordance with Section 889(a)(1)(B) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2019 (Pub. L. 115-232).

Glow Object® does not provide covered telecommunications equipment or services to the United States Government, directly or as part of its performance of any contract, subcontract, or other contractual instrument.

This statement applies to all products sold by Glow Object®, including but not limited to lighting components, ballasts, and related electrical equipment.
